UKPSC Upper PCS Educational Qualification
- Candidates have completed Bachelor’s degree for several posts, including Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Commandant, Finance/Treasury Officer, Assistant Commissioner (State Tax), Block Development Officer, Assistant Divisional Transport Officer, and State Tax Officer.
- Certain posts require specialized qualifications, such as Commerce/CA, Law, Sanskrit with B.Ed., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Agriculture/Horticulture, or postgraduate qualifications in Sociology/Social Work, depending on the post.

UKPSC Upper PCS Age Limit
- Minimum Age – 21 years
- Maximum age: 42 years (as on 1 July 2026)
- Age relaxation for other category students will be as per as official notification.

UKPSC Upper PCS Selection Process
- The selection of the candidates for Veterinary Officer will be based on Prelims Exam, Main Exam, and Interview/Personality Test. Candidates who qualify for each stage will proceed to the next stage of the selection process.

- Click on the Recruitment Notification on Home Page.
- A new page will be open and click on the UKPSC Group “A” & “B” apply link.
- Complete the online registration/application form.
- After complete your registration login with your credentials.
- Fill all the basic like Name, Father Name, DOB and other details.
- Upload the required documents, photograph and signature.
- Pay the applicable application fee online through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI.
- Check all details carefully and submit the application form.
- Download of the submitted application form for future reference.
