J&K Bank Educational Qualification

Zonal Security Officer

• Candidates have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute. The candidate must have worked as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) or in a similar position in the police, army, or paramilitary forces. They should have a very good service record and at least 3 years of experience in that role.

Financial Literacy Counsellor

• Have completed graduation from a recognized institute and at least one year experience in Finance Planning/Insurance/Investment/Fintech/Law
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Knowledge of the local language.

J&K Bank Zonal Security Officer Age Limit

• Candidates have not above 62 years as on 01.01.2026.

Selection Process

• The selection of the candidates for Zonal Security Officer and Financial Literacy Counsellor will be qualification and experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview/Interaction to assess knowledge, experience and skill.

Call Letter For Interview

• J&K Bank will be sent Intimation/ call letter for interview sent by email only.

Salary

• Selected candidates will receive Rs. 45,000 for Zonal Security Officer  & Rs. 22000 for FL Counsellor.

Duration of tenure

• The Security Officer will be hired on a contract for 3 years. Their performance will be reviewed every year. The contract will not be extended after the 3-year period ends.

Application Fee

• Candidates have to pay an application fee of ₹500 as per application.
