Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) has officially released  the notification for Senior Residents, Jr./Sr. Demonstrators, Senior Demonstrators, Senior Medical Officer  and more posts on the contract basis. There are total of 162 posts will be filled by PGIMER. Interested candidates can apply the application form through PGIMER official portal.  Education Qualification

Senior Residents / Senior Medical Officers

• An MD/MS/MDS or equivalent postgraduate degree in the concerned specialty recognized by the Medical/Dental Council of India.
• Must be registered with the Central or State Medical/Dental Council.

Senior Demonstrators

• MD/MS in the relevant specialty with appropriate medical council registration.
• M.Sc. / M.A. / Ph.D. in the relevant subject as per departmental requirements.

Junior Demonstrators

• MBBS degree with 1 year of experience and valid medical council registration.
• M.Sc. or M.A. in the relevant subject with 1 year of experience.

Age Limit

• Applicant age should not above 45 years.
• Age relaxation will be provided by as per PGIMER official Notification.

• The selection of the candidates for PGIMER recruitment will be based on Computer Based Test and Interview. Check the full details for PGIMER official notifcation.

Steps for PGIMER Recruitment 2026 Apply Online

• Go to the PGIMER official website pgimer.edu.in
• Click on the Recruitment tab on the Home Page.
• Click on the SR / SMO and Junior / Senior Demonstrator
• Firstly, Click on the new registration, if you have not registration.
• After complete registration,  you will receive the successful creation account message on mobile/email.
• Login with Mobile No/Email & Password.
• Upload all scanned necessary documents.
• Pay the examination fee through online mode.
• Before submit the form read the form very carefully.
• Take the print out for future references.
