Educational Qualification

• Candidates have completed any graduation at least 50% marks with 1 year experience in Bank/NBFC required.

Age Limit

• Candidates age should not be above 28 years and will be benefit for 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates

Duration of Contract

• The duration of contract is for first 3 years period and it may be renewed based on performance High-performing candidates may later be considered for regular appointment as Assistant Manager (Scale I)

Salary

• The total CTC will be between Rs.4.86 lakhs to 5.04 lakhs per annum for qualified candidates at the time of joining. The Bank also provide NPS contribution, Insurance Premium and Variable Pay based on performance.
