- Graduate with 1st Division in any stream form a recognized University.
- Master of Business Administration in Marketing or Finance.
- Working knowledge of Computer.
- Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or 10+2/BA/M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
