Pharma

• Full-time B.Pharm with minimum 65% aggregate marks from reputed Institution.

Marketing

• Full-time MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Digital Marketing) / 2-year PGDBM (Marketing) (equivalent to MBA) / MIB / MPIB with minimum 65% aggregate marks from universities/institutes of repute.

Human Resources

• Full-time MBA (HR) / MSW (PM&IR) / 2-year PGDPM (equivalent to MBA) / MA (PM&IR) / MHRM with minimum 65% aggregate marks from reputed institutions. Additional qualification of LLB is desirable.

Social Work

• Maximum Age Limit: 27 years

HLL Lifecare Management Trainee Salary

Selected candidates will be hired as Management Trainees. During the training period, they will receive a monthly salary equal to the Basic Pay of ₹40,000 plus Dearness Allowance (DA).
After successfully completing 1 year of training and passing the required test, the candidate will be permanently appointed as a Deputy Manager (E1 Grade).The salary scale for this permanent position will be ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month (including future salary increases within this range).

Selection Process- HLL Lifecare Career 

The selection of the candidates to the recruitment of Management Trainees will be based on Computer Based Test (CBT), Preliminary Interview, Psychometric Assessment, and a Final Interview. Minimum Qualifying marks to be obtained Computer Based Online Test.
