Educational Qualification

• Candidates have completed BE/BTech degree in First Division and a valid Cut off GATE Score. Only GATE scores of Year 2024, 2025 & 2026 are acceptable

OR

•  Have completed ME/MTech with First Division both at graduate and post-graduate level.

Age Limit

• Candidates age should not be above 28 years for JRF as on the date of interview. Age relaxation is allowed up to 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates

Duration

• The initial tenure of the fellowship is two years. Depending on the candidate’s performance, it may be upgraded to satisfactory performance after assessment by Review Committee.

Stipend

• The Junior Research Fellows (JRF) offers a stipend of ₹37,000 per month plus HRA to selected candidates.

Selection Process

• The selection of the candidates for Junior Research Fellows will be based on Document Verificatio,  Written Test & Interview DRDO conduct the Walk-in Interview on schedule date and candidates have to report for interview at VRDE, PO; Vahannagar, Ahmednagar (Now Ahilyanagar) – 414 006 (Maharashtra).
